A: There is a $30 fee for a service call. Labor is billed at $75/Hr. with a one hour minimum.
Q: Do you come to my house?
A: Yes! We specialize in house calls. We want our service to be convenient for you.
(If necessary, we may recommend bringing your PC into our shop for diagnostics & repairs. We will pickup and return your PC to you.)
Q: Do you really mean "If we can't fix it, its FREE" ?
A: Yes! If we can't fix the problem, we won't charge you for our time. (It has happened...but not very often!)
Q: Why is your domain name 'bemeup'?
A: We were looking for a name that was short (6 letters) and 'memorable' as in 'beam me up, Scotty!'
